Intellectual Property Litigation

Henry Metro is an associate at Fabricant LLP. He has experience in a wide range of intellectual property disputes, including patent, copyright, and trademark litigation, and inter partes review proceedings before the PTAB. Henry also has experience drafting patent applications. 

 

Prior to Fabricant LLP, Henry was an associate at a globally recognized law firm. Henry holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics. He also spent nearly half a decade as a software engineer, working in the field of applied machine learning for both FAANG companies and large financial institutions.
