Intellectual Property Litigation
Clark Gordon is a trial lawyer and registered patent attorney who handles complex patent litigation in federal courts throughout the United States, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Clark has significant experience in all phases of patent litigation, including leading discovery and claim construction efforts, drafting key motions, taking and defending depositions, and oral argument. Clark holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Engineering Mechanics and he has a wide range of technical experience in matters involving computer hardware and software, display devices, standards technology (e.g., video, Wi-Fi, memory), medical devices, and aerospace technology, among other technologies. Clark also has significant patent licensing experience, including in matters involving patent pools and Standard Essential Patents. Clark serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to joining Fabricant LLP, Clark was Counsel at Akin Gump, where he focused primarily on patent litigation.
